The NRM Govt has borrowed more than any Govt since Uganda's independance. The country's sovereign debt is about $6 billion but that borrowed money is not reflected in our poor local social services infrastructure, and yet our children and grand children will have to pay back that foreign public debt including what was converted to private capital.
