{UAH} HAPPY CELEBRATIONS TO THE MEN AND WOMEN IN UNIFORM

On the 51st independence anniversary, this is to congratulate the
gentlemen and ladies of the armed forces, particularly the military,
for the great role they have played in shaping the country's
post-colonial life. Where civilians have blundered, you have been
there to do the dirty work of patching up. May you stay alert and
indispensable in the course of the nation's maturity in independence.
