Its an aeroplane being designed in Uganda, with prospects of Space Exploration.these guys are going to be arrested but I think most likely the charges will be some thing like threat to national security though, having the wisdom can also be a valid charge
Many ofcourse believe that Good things cannot come from Africa, but there is some exceptionaly advanced,Multipurpose Clinical Diagnosis machine in Gulu Independent Hospital - which was designed by a Ugandan. We have ideas but we do not go far with them, as some body puts it "we have tonto heads"
