its Day4 here in Kanungu,no govt health unit is open as patients are stranded helplessly at all govt health facilities following a spell of 8months with out salaries for health workers with out tangible explanation from authorities worse still those who get,are paid fractions of their Salary.earlier in August the CAO had promised that our monies wd be paid @end of sept wc didnt happen! 'No Retreat,No Surrender' our monies must be paid before we touch any patient!====
