{UAH} Let us give a big welcome to Minister Frank Tumwebaze
Forumists,Let us give a big welcome to Minister Frank Tumwebaze who has joined Ugandans At Heart (UAH) today. He works in the President's Office and we all know how powerful he is when it comes to the running of Kampala city council and other institutions. It will be handy if we get him to answer a few questions here and there.
Frank had his secondary educations at Mbarara High School. After that, he went to Makerere University. He has also got another qualification from Mbarara University of Science and Technology.
Please help him to settle in the forum. Thanks
