{UAH} Loans, Trade deficit = Uganda Fixed Assest Gone

Uganda government should wake up and do the right things. Otherwise they are exposing Uganda to danger with all Chinese loans and trade deficit.

We are spending so much money and borrowing from China as this country is a salvation army. And I really do not understand if there are any measures made to stop borrowing and importing at the same time from one country?

You can imagine the trade deficit coupled with huge loans!

This country is on sale by NRM. If NRM as a party can't see what we see or what UPC could in the 60´s then let say goodbye to the country.

But I can help in this case since it is a very serious one. 

If I was in government I will do the following instead:

Set up three industrial locations(regions) with China funds – these should be placed in:

a.       Adjumani or Amuru

b.       Bulambuli or Kamuli

c.       Rwengo or Sembabule

 

Machines and Tools factory: One industrial location will manufacture machines and tools imported from china and elsewhere since these do not need a lot of technological input.

Electrical and Electronics factory: One industrial location will be to manufacture or low technological assemble electronic and electricity items

Home and Household: one industrial location will manufacture al items for home and household items

Free time equipments: sports and enjoyment equipment.
