Ugandans,

I pay sixty thousand shillings  monthly for my BLACKBERRY internet services to MTN and Twenty five thousands shillings monthly for my ORANGE MODEM SERVICES i used in my laptop!!!The increase is very UNFAIR!!! This is in total VIOLATIONS of the UN RESOLUTIONS which declared access to internet a HUMAN RIGHT!!!
