I don't think this is true. But if it is, then there is something FDC need to do as soon as possible,I.e. Getting Besigye closer to Najjanankumbi offices again. I don't think Muntu is managing things properly.

A top FDC official, Maj. Ruranga Rubaramira has crossed to NRM after meeting president Yoweri Museveni.

Ruranga said that he is set to over see the campaigns against HIV in NRM Party basing on Museveni's promise.

A source said that Rubaramira met Museveni at his country home in Rwakitura over the weekend.
