Folks;
Their famous political and personal animosity aside, Besigye and Museveni should attend this event.
The celebration here has nothing to do with Museveni's presidency or Besigye's rigid opposition to Museveni; it is to honor Uganda by remembering our Independence Day.
But from the invitation, one can also read that Museveni is warming up to Besigye. Which I don't think is out of the blue; I attribute this loosening of attitude to the whiskered General holed up in London.
