{UAH} Oh Lord Jesus reborn our Ugandan and get rid of NRM forever!

Folks,the health care system in Ug has issues but this is not unique to Moroto;it is the norm at most health centers. I also note that this patient was moving from a side room back to her admission bed which is acceptable.I heard this on simba FM today on my way to work. and its as gross as I imagined it. Too too bad. They practically just taken the saying "ASIIKA OBULAMU TASA MUKONO" to another level.
