My appeal to all those who love Uganda, lets resist the government plan to take our sisters, brothers and children to undergo miltary training before or after University. We have for years advocated for a civilian rule, this same NRM's Chairperson as a disguise retired (sic) from the army now when his or the purported UPDF's Political Commissar begins to advocate for the same as if UPDF is a political party, I feel sorry for him.
