{UAH} SAYING NO TO WAR TALK
Ground research among the Busoga community has returned a definite No
to suggestions of civil war to solve Ugandan governance questions. The
people say if it hasn't addressed all the challenges of the past,
violence will never do so in the future. The appeal is for economic
programmes and increased transparency as opposed to spreading personal
disagreements as political ideologies.
Just today, H.E is in Busoga launching a power project at Isimba.
Agriculture is being given a boost too with distribution of seeds,
seedlings and seed capital. The human resource is most important and
not when lives are at risk dodging bullets and machetes.
