{UAH} What DRC Gov't really thinks of M23.

- Those who have participated in more than one insurrection will not be accorded amnesty.

- They will also not be included in the DRC armed forces.

- DRC Gov't has sent a list of 100 M23 officers who will not be part of the armed forces.

- This list includes 8 cases of nationality fraud by officers of M23 who actually enjoy foreign nationality.

- Imagine for a moment that those who have been defeated [M23], become tomorrow the commanders of those who defeated them.
