Is this diagnosis on Kibuule a result of the skimpy dress thing?

Are his observations therefore a result of his ethnicity or even the cemetery where he might end up?

And when did the Uganda we all eschew come to be; 1884? 1892? 1894? 1900? 1912? 1914? 1922? 1926, or 1962? Are we not Ugandans from a certain date in history?

And all this because of a prescription (wild as it may be) for skimpy dress!!!

Interestingly, the anti-Kibuule fury also comes from those who support Idi Amin's ban on miniskirts. But I had forgotten that the now beloved Amin also temporarily became a Sudanese when some Ugandans got problems with him...
