Brothers and sisters, l am here in the State of Kuwait, covering Afro Arab Summit of Heads of State and Government, sheduled to take place in Kuwait City from monday November 18th to Tuesday November 19th. Our Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Arapian Peninsular and Gulf States, Dr. Rashid Ssemuddu and his 3rd Secretary at the Embassy, are here  busy receiving and catering for all Ugandan delegates who are alomost 30.
