{UAH} H.E MAJOR KINOBE URGES REFUGEES TO RETURN HOME

The Ugandan Ambassador to D.R. Congo, H.E Maj. James Kinobe, is urging
refugees from his host country to return home, assuring that the
situation is calm enough. Most of them fled to Uganda and Rwanda at
the zenith of clashes against rebels of M23.
