{UAH} Intellectual Property Rights in the Global Creative Economy

This paper considers how technology trends and a globalized economy are reshaping the way we create, distribute and access content. The results of that study are intended to help everyone with an interest in the IP system − including policy-makers, content creators and consumers − build a thriving 21st century creative content ecosystem.
