The heavy-handed manner in which these UPDF chaps in police uniform manhandle Lukwago's lawyer should not go unpunished.
The lawyer was here to serve a court order to Kampala Minister. How does the government excuse this brazen, brutal attack on an innocent lawyer going about his professional business?
