In an overkill move post-M23, the Congolese govt has acquired 7 Apache
choppers with most modern firepower capabilities. Aside of the usual
accessories, the 'birds' have visual range of up to 65km radius. This
is a likely blow to hopes of any peace agreement. Kabila seeks to
pulverize any living thing in sight.
