No one other than a superior& competent court has the power to determine the genuiness of a court order. mr tumwebaze may be a minister for presidency but surely that doeznt make him a superior court. So, it was not his place to question the genuinesssof the interim court order, and this is not a mete fantasy, it is fortified by a plethora of court decisions!!!.....Declared justice Nyanzi in part of his ruling at high court in kla!!!!......
