Immediately set up committees to oversee public cleaning and sanitation. If you work at Katwe or Parliament Avenue, get a bloom and clean for two hours daily, until court disposes off this case.  

 

By the time Musisi wakes up – Lukwago would be tick and Musisi and her KCCA will be history.
