{UAH} My Resignation from ICOB Leadership
Dear Mr. Johnson Mujungu,
You've served well with honor and principle.
ICOB is a better organization because of your leadership, the results speak for themselves, and like Peter Drucker reminds us; "Effective leadership is not about making speeches or being liked; leadership is defined by results not attributes."

On Monday November 04, 2013, I, Johnson Mujungu resigned from my positions as President and Board Chair of the International Community of Banyakigezi Inc. (ICOB). The resignation was effective immediately. My other commitments have become too great for me to be able to fulfill the requirements of these roles, and I felt it is best for me to make room for someone with the time and energy to devote to the roles. As per ICOB Bylaws ARTICLE VII, the Vice President becomes the Organization's acting President with all the rights, privileges and powers as if duly elected President.Shared Blessings,Johnson Mujungu__._,_.___
