City model and lingerie queen Jackie Klein on Saturday shocked all and sundry when she declared that she was HIV positive and had now become an advocate for infected celebrities.

Klein who was visibly very intoxicated after downing almost all manner of booze in the company of a dark skinned lad divulged this info during the grande opening of Sharon O’s Blue Ice bar and lounge.

As the MC worked up the crowd, Jackie kept interrupting the proceedings as she staggered all over the place. Sadly, this comes a few days after the socialite made a public confession on face book that she had quit the bitter.
