President Uhuru left in stitches as Museveni criticises Ugandan officials

President Uhuru Kenyatta couldn't hold back laughter during the East African Community(EAC) summit held in Uganda on 23 February.
This is after President Yoweri Museveni condemned Ugandan officials responsible for organising the event.
An infuriated Museveni lashed out at the officials, accusing them of cramming the visitors into a small hall without air conditioning.
"I am very sorry about your suffering. I can see that you are all sweating and this is thanks to the poor organisation by the Ugandan group," stated Museveni.

"The hall is determined to inconvenience our visitors I don't know for what reason. And they have made sure that the air-conditioning does not work," the Ugandan head of state added.
"This will be the last time I will tolerate these Ugandan officials, who habitually inconvenience our visitors with poor arrangement. And you say you have protocol officers and you see them moving up and down" said Museveni, as President Uhuru broke into fits of laughter.
The two heads of state are expected to formally open a one-stop-border post in Busia today. The post will drastically cut the time it takes to process individuals and goods in one of the region's busiest border facilities.
This will be Uhuru's first visit to the Western region since his swearing in for a second term.
