In reviewing the health of vanquished Congolese rebel commander, Gen.
Makenga, forumist Bobby Musoke noted:
"A good number of our Tutsis bosses in Kla have been rumoured to have
aids since 1986 but nobody has come out to state that any of them are
about to die."
Man, those guys must be gods or aliens from yonder spaces!
