expressed amusement at Fardson Nuwahereza's unwavering posturing for
M23, a former Congolese rebel outfit. Fardson had earlier prominently
stated (in defiance of President Kabila's reported acquisition of
Apache armored choppers) "Man you will hear tornado!".
Yahoo! Merber Service offered to ease his tension thus:
"Ha! Ha! Fardson can now make anybody burst into heavy
laughter!.......................................It's now the moment of
rise for Kabila in order to pacify DRC as the international community
now wishes. He has resolved never to listen to anyone who whispers in
his ears anything M23.........."
