{UAH} Request to Yvette Kibwika and Aisha Ogwang

Ms Kibwika and Ms Ogwang,

As far as I know, I am a member of UNAA in good standing.  I would like you to send me a copy of the minutes of the UNAA Council relating to the approval of the hotel and the Directors. I want to see how quorum was attained.

As you are aware, UNAA's constitution and Massachusetts law require UNAA to provide such information if a member asks for it for a valid reason.
