As for Hon. Kipoi, it is true as reported in the media that he was
arrested together with 11 other people by DRC forces while operating
with a rebel group opposed to Uganda in Huru. They are being held in
Bunia. This is yet another confirmation that there are negative forces
hostile to Uganda operating from Eastern DRC in addition to ADF.
