The sureties for Bad Black included: Masitula Jjombwe of Kawempe LC I Kazo-Angola, Kawempe Division, Asuman Nkolo of Bukejje Zone LC I, Luwafu Parish, Makindye Diviision, Halima Namakula chairperson--Women At Work International of Plot 133 Upper Mawanda Road, Kampala and Felix Kawuma Mutagomya, Bbunga LC I, Ggaba Parish, Makindye Division.

However, recent media reports revealed that Bad Black was arrested in Kigali Rwanda by the Rwandan police, but on charges of drug trafficking and money laundering, but again released on police bond.
