Former Mask Foods Co-owner and Socialite Isaac Charles Karugaba who had Reportedly Gone into Hiding sighted in Sweden after Fleeing Finland

In 2012, there were reports that former Kampala party animal and the then popular Mask Food outlets co-owner Isaac Charles Karugaba had gone missing and feared dead.

However, we can authoritatively reveal that the dude is currently leaving in Sweden where he is said to have relocated after he fell out with his business associates who had claimed that he had misappropriated their dime and wanted him dead or alive.

Charles first moved to Finland where he changed his name to Kagesera Charles Kugonza before fleeing to his current location, Sweden.

By the time Charles disappeared, he was linked to a hot babe one Basemesa Namuli with whom he had three children. The lady was forced to move to Kireka after Charles skipped town.
