{UAH} Youth Employment - Trade and Industry Ministry wasting time

Forumists

Uganda is not developing at more than 1% annually and I want to be on record for quantity of money has no direct link to economic growth/development.

Let me prove this.

Uganda needs workers in almost all economic sectors.  The Ministry of Trade and Industry is just wasting time (sleeping) since they do not know what they have to do. First and fore most, without budget allocation to each and every sector to train and set up facilities in these sectors how do you say you are developing and creating employment?

These are major economic sectors, you can have in Uganda and we can look at as budgetary structures/allocation. What was the budget allocation? State house and economic sector (!) got a lump-sum of the budget allocation plus the military (economic sector too)!

Recently a company given a concession to mine marbles exported 10 containers to Italy for viability and technical analysis. This is the same as a company that mined vermiculite and sent 10 contains to South African before it said goodbye to NRM government.
