{UAH} Before you tell some one fishing is good first give that person a fishing net

One thing I have failed to understand is why companies in the oil companies like making presentations on Investment Opportunities to young people who do not have the investment capital or the potential instead of providing such information to potential and real local investors in that region. Youth need jobs and Business skills FIRST before being bombarded with investment opportunity information.

Before you tell some one fishing is good first give that person a fishing net. its like ascending to heaven without passing away.They should give them ideas as they empower them economically or if not they should target right people who only just miss ideas bt with other factors constant.it doesn't mean that they shd be given free capital. They shd help them get loans from financial institutions or govt. U cannot transform an idea into investment without an element of capital in this modernised society what abt research?, is it free?
