{UAH} AFRICA'S POVERTY TO WORSEN BY 2030 - WORLD BANK

All economically advanced societies, and even the most advanced democracies have a high degree of order in all aspects of society. But there is no record of any country that has become rich and prosperous thanks to the World Bank, its loans and it's policies. In fact examples abound from Asian tiger nation's which only developed thanks to their own determination and sense of a common national purpose. I however agree with IMF's Madame Christine Lagarde that "curbing corruption in public expenditure, plus transparency and accountability in local resource mobilisation rather than attracting more debts, constitutes the greatest headwinds in poor nation's economic development" but are however the basic necessities to fast growth. What she doesn't say though is that rapid economic growth mostly requires determined leadership. The kind of leadership that changes entire society's mindsets, and where the national conscience abandons certain unproductive habits while strengthening those conducive to work, business ingenuity, good health, equality, rights, but also every citizens individual responsibility and contribution towards national progress. Isn't that what China, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and others have been doing each in their own way?
