{UAH} A bill that will force people to compel to president's directives is coming too!

As if the POML wasn't enough to test us, Cabinet has directed Minister Frank Tumwebaze to draft a bill / law that will force people to compel to president's directives. Frank Tumwebaze has already applied for a leave of cabinet to draft the law. This means that what ever the presidents directs must be done. so his word will be decree like Amin used to be & if you dont abide by it then you will have broken the law!
