Little Africana Dress

The silly season has well and truly arrived and what every girl's wardrobe needs is a Little Africana Dress (LAD). Unlike it's more austere cousin the LBD, the LAD is just bursting with colour and is ready to party like it's 1999.

Engineering student Patricia had just finished her Friday classes at Fourah Bay College when she was snapped wearing this flouro orange LAD with printed side panels. Her Rihanna-style bouffant weave and slick black Ray-Bans finish the look beautifully.

Any proud LAD wearer will tell you that the best thing about the LAD is that it takes you from day into night. There's no need for Pat to go home and change before she heads off to one of Freetown's popular December street carnivals where she will Azonto the night away next to a five-stack speaker system. In fact she could probably sleep in the LAD and wake up the next day and wear it shopping as well. We love the LAD!
