Absolutely NO. He Has never devoted even a minute of his life Uganda. First of all, liberating Uganda from what! Right from his childhood, he harbored ambitions of becoming President of Uganda. All his political under takings were geered towards the fulfillment of this ambition. During his school days he belonged to the strong students movement with marxist leanings. This earned him the attention of Tanzania's Julius Nyerere who helped him alot to claimb the leadership loader. Museveni Significantly Contributed to Caose did Uganda Has Witnessed. He only skilfully turned around and sought to address this Caose in what he brands as struggling to liberate Uganda. Unfortunately, in the course Of Those maneuvers he enlisted the few unsuspecting but significant Ugandans who joined hands with him. Having Attained the Presidency, He Has spent the 27 doing nothing else other than maneuvering to retain power. Unfortunately, he successfuly hood winked the whole world except a few Ugandans who know his treacherous survival games and have attempted to oppose them. He Has always brutally suppressed them while branding them opportunists, reactio aries, negative forces and the new found trade mark -. Terrorists As to why he so desparately wanted to become president, the answer lies in what is presently happening in Uganda and the region. INFORMATION IS POWER.
