{UAH} Dr. Kazibwe On Federo

 

Specioza Kazibwe on Federalism-1995 CA

 

 

Dr. Kazibwe criticized CA delegates from Buganda agitating for Federo.  She said these people want Buganda to be accorded a "special status" in Uganda.  She argued that if Buganda is accorded Federo, it will mean that no Muganda will ever be a president or vice president of Uganda because such a Muganda would take precedence over the Kabaka.

 

Kazibwe said during the burial of the remains of 2,000 vicitims at Masulita Sub-county headquarters.
