Although Robukuni challenged that I will not listen to your program with Kasameme Barometer, I have actually listened to it between Friday when I got it and today five separate times, and with all honesty I need to respond to it, for it is worth to.  I am going to start by stating that President Museveni and The Movement remain in power this long for they are consistent. Every single thing that NRM/NRA does today in 2013 is exactly what you built in the Luwero triangle yourself. And I’m going to start with The Public Management Order Bill being tabled by the government. It is true the bill is oppressive and anti-people, but Dr Besigye why are you opposing this bill when NRA/NRM from get go was built on oppressing people? And on playing a devil’s advocate the bill actually is the good side of the Movement because when you were in Luwero triangle you did not control UPC members you literary killed them.  This bill is to go after those that government sees opposing it, when you were in Luwero triangle you were opposing UPC party, and when you went after them you did not control them you killed them, what is so wrong with just controlling them today than killing them? And here is my worst concern in your statements, Uganda population involves men in politics mainly, so we ended up with a family in Luwero district with a husband a UPC card carrying member, you went after them and not only killed the husband that holds the card, but you killed his wife/wives you killed his children, you killed their visitors and you killed his Dogs and Goats.

 

In all political organizations I have seen in my long years, NRA/NRM is the only organization that came to power when it has killed all the members of the party it is removing from power. Killed them with all their relatives and wiping out the entire family. You do not have a single UPC member that survived in Luwero district and I am challenging you not to name him but to name the child of a UPC member that survived from that war in Luwero, if he or she did not run out of the region. And today you have the audacity of going after Public Order Management order bill that is created not to kill those opposing the government but simply control them?                                                Geez !!!!!!!!

 

You have gone after the corruption in the government and you state that the president goes with sucks of money and no one holds him accountable, fair enough, but Dr Besigye that is the structure of NRA/NRM and I will raise two issues for you sir on the Movement corruption. {a} When you were a Chief Logistics Officer you bought ebikyupuli helicopters. We as Ugandans lost for you decided to be unfaithful to the tax payer by buying under standard helicopters. Yoweri Museveni never bought those helicopters, Uganda government never bought those helicopters you did sir. But you also loaded a Uganda Air Line air craft with weapons,  that ended up confiscated into Yugoslavia to today, we lost that air craft not due to Museveni and not due Uganda government but due to you sir. One of your best supporters in Colonel Samson Mande, he lost his job with Uganda government for as a Military attaché into Tanzania cleared Uganda weapons and decided to sell them to Rwanda, but the very same Mande not only attacked Bank of Uganda branch in Kabale but he stole all the money into it sir. That was never done by Museveni or Uganda government but by Samson Mande who you are standing with today claiming to build a non corrupt government into Uganda.                         Are you kidding me !!!!!!!

 

You stated that you are inviting everyone to get out of Museveni’s government and join you in the struggle to make a better government for Uganda. Dr. Besigye we as Ugandans have a concern on that issue because men like Tinyefunza men like yourself and many men in today’s Uganda forces have committed crimes we classify as crimes to the people. We do not need you to be involved into a future of our country, what we need is actually to put all of you in front a judge and use your constitutional right and defend your past actions. Why did you go to Luwero when you are  a man that swore an oath to protect the lives of Ugandans? The very Ugandans that paid for your education to become a medical doctor, can be a very good start. One of the reasons that fails democracy in Uganda is leaders that think that politics is a profession. No it is to serve people and to get out and do something else, President Museveni needs to leave power and do something else, but with that very same argument, it must bother every intelligent Ugandan why you left FDC leadership but still remained into politics. Dr Besigye if you were in power you would now use the army to remain in the leadership. You stood to be elected several times and Ugandans refused to elect you, but what bothers critical thinkers like my self is that in all you entire so called political path, you have never stood into a single constituency and got elected. In your entire life you have never become a member of parliament, how can you preach democratic principles when you never put your support on a test drive?

 

As a Ugandan in diaspora, let me end this way, the more Museveni screws these Ugandans, the better. They supported him and you over an elected government. That is their pay off of Ffe kasita twebaka kutulo. Hopefully they will learn a thing or two out of this. Obote was overthrown not because he ran a bad government, but because he was from the North and you built a war on a very simplistic reasoning that Uganda’s problem is North Vs. South. The only unfortunate part is that the Acholis in particular have kissed and continue to kiss The Movement ass despite the fact that it has camped them for 20 years!  Baganda and Acholis are responsible for today’s chaos in Uganda. The Acholis carelessly negotiated with Museveni in Nairobi and the Baganda stupidly supported him in Luwero since that signaled the end of Northern rule. It is time to start telling the truth than beating about the bush for enough is enough. If we need to reclaim our country back we need to erase The Movement out of Uganda, every single person that went to Luwero to oppose an elected government must be removed from politics of Uganda. We need a clean plate to start on. You stated that we need to get a round table for everyone to sit and we agree on a way forward, Dr Kiiza Besigye it does not matter what you sit or who you sit with, Uganda is going into a civil war and if we are very lucky we will lose 15 million people then we will talk serious business. And there is no two ways about that. Our national decisions have been made by Rwandese long enough and that has to end. Dr Kiiza Besigye you are the classic example of political problem in Uganda get, If Uganda is of any value to you sir, get out of the way for you have damaged the country long enough sir.
