{UAH} Impeaching Frank Tumwebaze? NRA....

Fellow citizens and friends,

It is a waste of time, energy, public resources and a gross diversion of public opinion to censure 'young'  Frank Tumwebaze who, like many other hangers-on in NRA are, simply implementing 'orders from above'. Since when did 'shooting the messenger' sort out a mess from source?

Ugandans, except those in denial.....seek root causes and stop lamenting over symptoms of a national illness....
