{UAH} IS ANTI-HOMO LAW ABOUT MUSEVENI, KADAGA OR MBABAZI?

To some fellow forumists, the value of Uganda's bills tabled in parliament is simply about whether President Museveni, Speaker Kadaga or Prime Minister Mbabazi like them.

I have have sensed the glee with which someone brazenly states that although a business item was not on the Order Paper, the Speaker literally dragooned it through parliament. The glee is simply based on the notion that Premier Mbabazi and finally President Museveni may not like it and that, therefore, Speaker Kadaga MUST pass it! By inference, whatever the President and Prime Minister support must be opposed by our Speaker!

The jeering MPs know why government is reluctant about enacting this law. Their meal ticket hereafter will be via NGOs that are funded by super-rich alien homosexuals to champion so-called Minority Rights. These MPs are about to form a caucus to uphold Mubiru's right to sodomy and don't say I never warned you.

The point however is that some now support or oppose laws simply because of what these three leaders think about them and not what these laws are worth.

The latest opportunity to irritate Museveni and Mbabazi seems to be to pass a law that will see homosexual donors supporting NGOs of MPs who pretended to be anti-homo in order to qualify for MISCHIEF FUNDING.

My position is that homosexquality is a sin rather than a crime and we should let religious zealots from all creeds sort it out in God's name, not police and the courts of law in the name of President Museveni, PM Mbabazi or Speaker Kadaga.
