{UAH} M7´s security budget now triples many EU leaders despite our poor economy.

I knew Museveni would become so expensive for Uganda one day, Today the ministry of education made a statement that they dont have funds to recruit more teachers despite the high demand due to rapid population growth. Surprisingly,UPDF got fund to recruit new soldiers a few months ago. This is what most dictators do,they build the army to strengthen their stay in power ignoring public interests. The less popular a president become, the more he spends Govt funds on his security. M7´s security budget now triples many EU leaders despite our poor economy.

By the way, Museveni now has the muhoozi private army known as the SFC. As a brigadier it would mean it has more than 7000 men - think. These have a budget that is unaudited. It has priority over education. It does special jobs including protecting the oil sites plus karamoja where your First Lady is ruining!

Dont be surprised to read in the financial report after two years from now that Ugandan Ministers spent Ug Sh 200m on a trip to Germany to attend the burial of Nelson Mandela and our cabinet passed it. The only thing impossible in Uganda is changing the president.

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that  we are to stand by the president right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic  and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public."
