{UAH} PARLIAMENT , WITHOUT CABINET, PAYS TRIBUTE TO MANDELA

Parliament, without cabinet, has paid tribute to Nelson Mandela for the rfole he played in the liberation of Southern Africa. Nandala Mafaabi, leader of Opoosition ( A govenrment in waiting if we were still following the parlianmentary system), moved in the shoes of Leader of Government Business, Amama Mababazi.

Jim Muhwezi and Jimmy Akena elaborated on a deeper role of Presidents; Milton Obote and Yoweri Museveni in the liberation struggle of Southern Africa. Please read BUKEDDE tomorrow.

No body remembered to mention Idi Amin, even his village woman MP Baba Diri, or the Aringa Hajjati one.
