{UAH} Rev Tebenda:Pse explain this to us as the IGP

Guys, when I was a child in Obote 2 time, they used to lock my elder sister and cousins in the house because soliders would rape them and beat people, we lived on Jinja Rd flats now next to Nina Interiors, so us young ones would stand in the windows to see soilders on road blocks doing all inhuman things!!!!

Now this Saturday night at 2:00am I saw the same on Ntinda Matyrs's way police men beating people that they are drunk!!!! Honestly, Uganda police don't you think people have rights??? There was this particular called Afande- dark, tall, with a gap in his teeth speaking runyakole! I hear his name is Sunday, he beat a man and slapped a lady, when I asked why he said he would beat me too! Mbu i was drunk the ka thing read 0.018... I have no clue what it meant but the police lady said am ok and he insisted I was drunk!! I was helpless, I could not help the people being beaten!! Am hurt and sad that I live in a Uganda of the past today!!! God help us!!
