Thats works in economies where employment is guranteed to an extent kati bakopa bukopi no feasibilty studies at all, wabula ffe.I wonder who plans for this country- The whole parliament sat and passed this without looking at the employment posibilities. Now someone is going to be playing with their system,alleging that every student after graduation goes for kyeyo declaring a loan a bad debt while he pockets all returns.
