{UAH} UJA GENERAL ASSEMBLY BE RECONVENED WITHIN 14 DAYS

Forumists, l think one had master minded a plan to ensure that there would be no elections. Two presidential candidates Njala Kaggwa and Martin Busuulwa wanted to disrupt the General Assembly as early as Wednesday after realising that they were potential losers. Yesterday morning a section of UBC also wanted elections disrupted fearing that New Vision empire had al ion's share. But later even many in New vision were for the same fearing that UBC had multiple voters. When the assembly became noisy, instead of the police to call us back to order, the Wandegeya DPC just dispersed us, to achieve the goal of not having elections. One may think that the beneficiaries were the outgoing Executive Committee, which had already been resolved, but UJA had turned into a one man's show, according to most members of the committee. Under the new constitution, elections should be held after 48 hours which is Saturday or the committee, which was disDolved, to continue up to not exceeding six months. But, as an elder (former President), l have already advised the outgoing President, Joshua Kyalimpa (who has also turned into an elder, according to our new constitution we passed yesterday), to hold elections after 14 days, and we use the two weeks in cleaning the voters' register.
