{UAH} VETERAN JOURNALIST DEAD!!!

Haji Muhammad Katende, President of Uganda Journalist Safety Committee is dead. He has died at Kadic Clinic according to UJSC Secretary General Serwanga Mukiibi.

Burial is today in Butambala at 4.00 pm. Inna Lillaahi wa inna ilaihi raj'una.

Haji Katende, the proprietor of Focus, once a famous English newspaper under Islamic Information Centre, was once Treasusrer of Uganda Journalists Association (UJA) under the late President, James Namakajjo. Inna Lillaahi wa inna ilaihi raj'una.
