We have learnt with deep pain the passing of Hon.Sam Kalega Njuba. He
was an illustrious man, who struggled throughout his work life for a
better Uganda and gave the NRM a big push. Uganda has lost an
ideologue of admirable caliber for his sober and thoughtful approach.
