{UAH} Will the President sign the Law or let gay people free? I bet he won't sign it?

KADAGA OVER RULED MBABAZI to pass the Bill. Mbabazi was seen storming out of Parliament only to return and watch in disbrief as Mps passed the bill. you should have seen him walk out amidst jeers from his NRM party colleagues. Kadaga used her powers to have the bill read and passed much as it was not on the order paper. she is increasingly making a statement.

I suspect m7 will take long to sign it into law. he can even chose to send it back to parliament for debate. the law provides for it.
