At least we should agree that President Yoweri Museveni, just like any other human, also can shift position or understanding based on information and knowledge evolving. That is not a restricted right.

Here,he is saying what many experts agree on. 

So, why don't we throw away our own blockings and salute him for

it? For myself, I applaud the President for this.
