Your suggestion here reminds me of Allan Barigye, or "Mwene Rugosi". He at times responded with a single word, but it really was an indication that he was there and very much following the debate. Having stated this, I wonder where this gentleman is; it is quite a while since we saw a word from him. There are many missed here for their wise contributions from which a lot has been learnt. Indeed, it's nice to hear from everyone, even if it were simply with a single word.
May 2014 energize the UAH and may we all realize that we are in deed a Ugandan family that wishes our country only the best.''
